The Party Crate Co's Payment and Cancellation Policy 1. All Party Crate equipment is owned by and remains the property of The Party Crate Co. Payment in full plus a refundable deposit (provided it meets our cancellation policy) is required before your booking can be confirmed. 2. You can cancel your booking any time before your rental date. A cancellation fee of 50% of your deposit (deposit amount is [percentage] of the total rental cost) applies if you cancel within 14 days of your event. 3. Cancellations within 72 hours of booking are non-refundable. 4. We allow date changes for your booking (subject to availability). 5. In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, The Party Crate Co’s liability is limited to refunding all monies paid. 6. No credit or refund will be issued for any equipment which is returned unused. 7. To ensure our rental equipment remains in top condition for all our guests, we'll place a temporary $250 hold on your card the week of your booking. Upon return and inspection of the party crate, your deposit will be fully refunded, assuming the items are in their original condition.
