We also include selected or handmade decorations and table linen to add a unique touch to your party. With classic party games, prizes, and stunning party bags, the Party Crate is the perfect choice for busy parents who want to create magical party memories for their kids!

What happens after I book?

Upon booking your Party Crate rental, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your digital invite and a food suggestion guide. A friendly payment reminder will be sent three weeks before your event.

What is the bond deposit for?

Your bond deposit ensures a worry-free rental. We take a temporary deposit ($250) to cover potential damage. After you return the Party Crate, we'll inspect it and promptly refund your deposit (typically within a week) if everything is in good shape. Any necessary repair costs would be deducted from the deposit.

What's your cancellation policy?

Need to adjust your plans? We're here to help! You can reschedule your booking up to 72 hours in advance. For cancellations, please provide at least 14 days' notice for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days will result in loss of your deposit. Have questions? Our team is always happy to assist you!

Do I need to wash the items in the crate before returning them?

Thank you for helping us out! We kindly ask that you wash the plates and cups before sending the Party Crate back. This way, it'll be ready for its next adventure! We'll handle the rest of the cleaning. Please note there's a $50 cleaning fee for unwashed plates and cups.
