The Party Crate Terms and Conditions

By using this website, you are accepting all the terms of this disclaimer notice.

Payment and Cancellation

1.All Party Crate equipment is owned by and remains the property of The Party Crate Co.

2.Payment in full plus a refundable deposit (provided it meets our cancellation policy) is required before your booking can         be confirmed.

3.You can cancel your booking any time before your rental date. A cancellation fee of 50% of your deposit (deposit amount is [percentage] of the total rental cost) applies if you cancel within 14 days of your event.

4.Cancellations within 72 hours of booking are non-refundable.

5.We allow date changes for your booking (subject to availability).

6.In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, The Party Crate Co’s liability is limited to the refund of all monies paid.

7.No credit or refund will be issued for any Party Crate equipment which is returned unused.

8.To ensure the protection of our rental equipment, a $250 damage deposit will be authorized the week of your booking date.

9.This deposit will be refunded in full upon the return of the party crate, subject to a satisfactory inspection confirming its original condition.

 

Rental Period and Responsibility

1. You are responsible for the Party Crate equipment for the duration of the hire period and adequate care should be taken, especially for items that can be easily damaged such as table linen, decorations, and games.

2.No responsibility can be accepted for an injury that occurs during the use of the Party Crate equipment. (Please note that Pass-the-Parcel Bags are not toys, and as such should not be used by children without adult supervision.)

3. All Party Crate equipment is washed in a domestic kitchen/dishwasher where allergens may be present. If you have any concerns about allergen contaminants, please wash equipment before use.

4. The Party Crate should be returned within 3 days of the hire start date.

5. You are responsible for any breakages, non-repairable damage, or loss of Party Crate equipment. Replacements will be charged at the purchase price of the new equipment item(s).

6. You will be eligible for a full refund of the paid deposit when the Party Crate has been returned on time, complete and undamaged. We will inspect the returned party crate to verify its contents and conditions.

 

Data Privacy

1.Your contact details will be stored on an electronic storage and retrieval system which will be created for the exclusive use of

2.The Party Crate Co for keeping in contact with you about your booking. This data will not be used by any third party without prior consent.

3.You have the right to request the removal of all personal data from The Party Crate Co. systems at any time.

Delivery and Collection

1.The Party Crate will be delivered to you one to two days before the Party Date in your booking. For parties on a Saturday or Sunday, you will receive the Party Kit on the Friday prior.

2.The Party Crate will be collected by us on the Monday after your party. It must be packed and ready for collection Monday morning. If you are not home, please leave it out in a safe place for collection.

3. We will drop off your Party Crate at your convenience. If you are unavailable to receive it in person, we can leave it in a safe place. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items if the crate is left unattended.
